These councils and committees function primarily as advisory bodies unless explicitly assigned additional responsibilities. They are not intended to assume the authority or duties designated to specific administrative offices. Nevertheless, the ideas and recommendations generated by these groups are instrumental in supporting administrators in their ongoing efforts to enhance institutional operations and to foster well-informed decision-making.
