Academic Appeals Committee
Purpose
To hear student appeals related to course grades and/or suspension from Departments internal to the University and to make written recommendations to the parties involved and to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Personnel
Four full-time faculty members, one staff member, and one student. Two faculty alternates and one student alternate will be appointed and will be expected to serve if regular members cannot be present. Alternate members, when serving in the regular member’s place, have the same rights and privileges as the regular member.
