Clery Compliance Committee

Purpose

The Clery Compliance Committee includes an interdisciplinary team of Campus stakeholders charged with assisting Midwestern State University’s Clery Compliance Officer with University compliance to review and make recommendations regarding University policies and procedures related to the Clery Act.

The Committee should meet at least once per quarter and more regularly if needed.

Clery Compliance Officer and Emergency Mgmt. Coordinator, Chief of Police, Asst. VP for Student Affairs, Director of Human Resources, Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities, Assoc. VP of Student Affairs and Dean of Students, Director of Residence Life and Housing, Executive Director of Student Wellness, and Director and Coordinator of Title IX. Ex Officio members include VP for Administration and Finance, General Counsel, and Director of Audits.
