The successful candidate in this 9-month tenure track position will teach graduate and undergraduate level courses in counselor education and contribute actively and effectively to student growth, service, and scholarship. The successful candidate will begin Fall 2024.


Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Counseling from a regionally accredited CACREP institution and L.P.C. credentials. 


Preferred qualifications: The preferred candidate will have an established counselor identity/research agenda, L.P.C.S. credentials, experience teaching graduate level courses and distance education

Standard Requirements

Requires the ability to work well with diverse populations and maintain positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the community. Personal cell phone usage may be required to complete position duties, including multi-function authentication requirements. Regular reliable attendance is required.

This position is designated as security sensitive (Mod) and requires a criminal background check. Position is designated as a Responsible Employee as outlined by Title IX. May serve as Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act.
