Responsibilities

Position: Midwestern State University seeks a full-time (9-month non-tenure) Assistant Athletic Trainer/Instructor. Start date will be Fall 2022. Responsibilities include team sport coverage and teaching in the athletic training curriculum, performing clinical instructor or approved clinical Instructor responsibilities, and supervision of athletic training students. Additional duties may include supervision of graduate assistant athletic trainers, athletic training room supervision, and other duties as assigned.

 
Requirements

Qualifications: Masters Degree in athletic training or related field, BOC certification, ARC First Aid and C-Pro/AED or AHA certifications, one year experience as an ATC, and one year of student supervision required. State of Texas athletic training licensure eligible. Ability to work with physicians, athletic trainers and other health care professionals.
