Starting Date
Fall 2022 

Teach undergraduate communication core and technical communication courses, and undergraduate and graduate courses in workplace writing (i.e., technical, professional, business communication). This is a 9-month, tenure-track position with a standard load of 4/4 with optional summer teaching. Both onsite and online teaching are expected. In addition to teaching duties, the successful candidate will engage in scholarly activities and service to the department, college, and university.


A Ph.D. in Technical or Professional Communication or related field, experience teaching technical and professional communication, and a research emphasis in workplace communications. We desire candidates who have demonstrated success in the writing classroom and are able to teach courses that complement or strengthen our undergraduate and online graduate program. ABD candidates will be considered if the degree will be conferred by August 2022.
