Teach graduate nursing courses to include core and clinical courses. Teach didactic and clinical in the clinical courses. Collaborate with faculty to develop, teach, organize, and evaluate courses, clinical sites, and student experiences for the graduate MSN programs. Advise and mentor students, as well as participate in faculty governance. Candidates are expected to participate in scholarly activities aligned with duties, and be involved in the service to the university, community, and the profession.


Required: MSN and RN licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure. Preferred: Doctorate or willingness to earn a doctorate. APRN certification either Family Nurse Practitioner or Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Teaching experience in an MSN program.


This position is designated as security sensitive and requires the finalist to complete a criminal background check.
