Paying Tuition with Outside Sources
Third-party tuition payments can come from an outside source such as the Texas Tomorrow Fund, the military, or an employer. We will walk you through the process of authorizing third-party payments if applicable to you as a student.Designating Authorized Users
In keeping with federal guidelines, no one but you will have access to information about your student account unless a release of information is on file. If you would like, you can choose to designate an authorized user (such as a parent or guardian) to make a tuition payment on your behalf and access select billing information. To set this up, log in to your myMSUTexas portal, select the Touchnet link, and select the Authorized User tab.Tuition Exemptions & Waivers
