The Human Resources Department is responsible for wage and salary administration, pay plan classification, recruitment and employment, personnel policies, employee relations, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, new employee orientation, employee training and development, employee benefits administration, and personnel records.

 

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to support the vision, goals and challenges of Midwestern State University by providing services which promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of employees, open communications, personal empowerment, accountability, trust and mutual respect.
