Summer Enrollment

TO ALL BENEFIT ELIGIBLE FACULTY AND STAFF:

ERS Summer Enrollment period is Monday, June 22 - Friday, July 24, 2026 until 7 pm CT.

Benefit changes made during Summer Enrollment will be effective September 1, 2026. 

If you are making your own changes online, ERS requests MSU employees make their changes during our assigned two - week phase, July 6 -  July 17.  

Benefit changes can also be made in the Human Resources office, located in room 210 of the Hardin Administration Building June 22 - July 24.
