Coordinate HWFRR project partners. Direct recruitment and identification of volunteers for CISM training. Maintain oversight of program manager. Lead the effort to develop care packages and initiate group gatherings. Plan and coordinate partner meetings. Oversee mental health and resiliency curricular development activities. Provide oversight of project personnel. Develop CISM resource guide for deployment of trained volunteers when requested.
- Position Requirements
(skills, experience, licensure, etc.) -
Expereince in healthcare and/or first responder facilities in a 9-1-1 system. Expereince and training in critical incident stress management and emergency trauma life support desired. Training provided. Experience coordinating resilience workshops, debriefings, and other teaching. Teaching. Organization. Communication.
