Teach 12 credits of French per semester; committee and other service activities; and maintain active research agenda.
The successful candidate must hold a PhD in French or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in French by August 2018 (ABD acceptable at the rank of Instructor. PhD required by August 2019). Evidence of ability to teach French from the elementary to advanced levels required. Native or near-native level of French required.


This position is designated as security sensitive and requires the finalist to complete a criminal background check.
