- Description
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator works closely with the areas of Undergraduate Admissions, the Global Education Office and the McAda Graduate School to support the adoption and effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Salesforce and TargetX. The CRM Administrator will primarily focus on managing communication plans within the TargetX platform for Undergraduate Admissions, the Global Education Office, and the McAda Graduate School. Reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management/Chief Admissions Officer. Will work closely with leadership of the Undergraduate Admissions Office, Global Education Office and McAda Graduate School.
- Examples
Daily administration and support of CRM communication plans, both digital and printed. Respond to end user requests within established framework. Implement communication plans and monitor campaigns for effectiveness. When needed, assist departments with creating events within CRM system. Create, manage, and refine custom queries, reports and dashboards for management. Where appropriate, create and deliver end-user training to ensure consistent use of system tools. Provide functional and technical support about communications plans and reports to CRM users with varying levels of technical skills. Maintains current knowledge on the CRM through regular professional development. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Physical Condition
- Experience
Prior experience with customer engagement as well as two years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or TargetX, and Ellucian Banner strongly desired.
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
- Additional Requirements
Ability to effectively solve problems, initiate and implement projects independently. Ability to maintain a team first mentality to support all Enrollment Management departments through messaging is critical.
