Title
Graphic Designer
Description
Under the supervision of the Webmaster, designs and constructs web pages consistent with the mission and desired image of the University.
Examples
Serves as an assistant to the Webmaster, handling day-to-day issues that may arise when the Webmaster is unavailable. Designs appropriate art to enhance and enforce the University's image. Provides creative assistance in the design of PowerPoint presentations; communicates with campus-wide sitemasters and guides and develops student assistants and interns.
Physical Condition
Experience
Must have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.Previous experience with Front Page, Macromedia Dream Weaver and Flash preferred. Experience with JavaScript, ASP development, MSD SQL Server, VBScript helpful.
Knowledge
Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, PageMaker, PhotoShop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Education
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year's experience preferred, but equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Additional Requirements
Must have good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills as well as good writing and oral presentation skills. Must have the ability to coordinate work with other team mebers and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. *Regular reliable attendance is required. *This position is designated as security sensitive (Low) and requires a criminal background check.

Title
Coordinator, University Gifts
Description
Responsible for processing gifts to the university. Works with the Coordinator of Donor Data and Research to maintain accurate gift records. Performs receipting, reporting, and processing functions for all university gifts, excluding President's Excellence Circle and Athletics. Reports to the Assistant Vice President for Gift Planning and Development.
Examples
Works with the Coordinator of Donor Data & Research to process donations to the university, including scholarship monies received, with entry into Raiser's Edge database. Responsible for depositing, accounting, and receipting of gifts. Coordinates reminders of stewardship reports for grants and donations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Condition
Experience
Experience in office operations or related clerical administrative experience, to include accounting practices and budgeting. Requires experience in the use of personal computers and Microsoft software applications.
Knowledge
Requires knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and budgeting. Knowledge of computer software programs including, but not limited to, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Banner and Raiser's Edge software is preferred. Knowledge of campus organization, functions, procedures and personnel is desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
