Summer Break Housing
Spring Move-Out will be on Friday, May 10, at noon for all students who have not been approved for Summer break housing. Graduating Seniors may remain in their on-campus housing until May 12, 2024, at 5:00p.
Students who will remain on campus after Friday, May 10 will need to complete the summer housing form on Mustangs Link. Students will be charged $20 a night if they are not signed up for Summer I housing. The deadline to sign up for Summer Break Housing is Friday, May 3.
Summer Break Housing Request (May 13 - 31, 2024)
All students residing on campus for the summer will be assigned to an apartment in Sunwatcher Village or Sundance Court. Unless graduating after completing the Summer I or Summer II session, summer residents are required to have a course schedule for the Fall 2024 semester. Enrollment in summer courses is not a prerequisite to living in campus housing.

Students who arrive prior to the Fall Move-In Day on Tuesday, August 20, will need to complete the Early Arrival Housing form on Mustangs Link. All Students will be charged $20 a night if they are not signed up for Summer II housing. Students arriving prior to the Summer II move-out date on August 8, will be required to sign up for Summer II housing.
Students arriving early are not guaranteed to move into their Fall 2024 housing assignments until August 20. Alternative housing options will be available if space allows.

Thanksgiving Break Housing
University housing will remain open during Thanksgiving Break on November 26 - December 2. There is no fee for remaining on campus during Thanksgiving Break. For safety and security purposes, all students who are remaining on campus are asked to sign up for Thanksgiving Break Housing. This information will allow staff members who are on campus during the break to best serve the students staying during the break.
2024 Thanksgiving Break Information will be available in late October.
Winter Break Housing
University housing will close on Friday, December 13, at noon for all students who have not been approved for winter break housing. Graduating Seniors may remain in their on-campus housing until December 16, at 5:00p. Students needing to stay on campus between December 16, 2024 - January 7, will need to complete the Winter Break Housing form and be approved to remain on campus. The cost of Winter Break Housing is $20 per night.
2024 Winter Break and Fall Closing Information will be available in late October.
Spring Break Housing
University housing will remain open during Spring Break on March 10 – 17. There is no fee for remaining on campus during Spring Break. For safety and security purposes, we ask that all students who are remaining on campus to sign the Spring Break housing form on Mustangs Link. This information will allow staff members who are on campus during the break to best serve the students staying during the break.

March 10 – 17

- All Front Desk Operations: Closed
Mesquite Dining Hall will close at 8:00 pm on Friday, March 7 and all other dining options will close at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 7. The Mesquite Dining Hall will open for dinner on Sunday, March 16 at 4:00 pm, and all locations will return to normal business hours on Monday, March 17.
