- Description
The project coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Project School Mental Health Federal Grant. Works closely with and reports to the Project Director.
- Examples
Responsible for tracking expenses and coordinating data collection for the Project School Mental Health Federal Grant. Maintains accuracy of the project data and project records. Prepares reports and project documents. Participates in recruiting and project activities. Assists with project advertising. Coordinates information for project participants.

Requires experience with word processing and data base computer programs. Must be detail oriented with demonstrated high level of organizational skills.
- Knowledge
Must be knowledgeable in the use of personal computers as well as commonly used office software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, budgeting, recordkeeping, and personnel management.
- Education
High School Diploma Required.

Requires the ability to work well with diverse populations and maintain positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the community. Must be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and deal effectively with ambiguous situations. Possess a high degree of initiative and professionalism. *Regular reliable attendance is required. *This position is designated as security sensitive (Mod) and requires a criminal background check. *Grant funded position.
