- Description
Reports to the Director of Regional Simulation Center. Provides competency education and validation for MSU and Vernon College students and United Regional Health Care System clinical staff.
- Examples
Demonstrates identified cognitive and psychomotor skills to individuals and groups using performance standards established for the regional simulation center. Coaches individuals and groups to perform identified cognitive and psychomotor skills in a variety of clinical scenarios. Validates competencies of identified cognitive and psychomotor skills of students and staff. Counsels students and staff regarding performance. Communicates with faculty and staff managers as necessary regarding competencies.

Formal or informal teaching experience desirable.
- Knowledge
Current licensure in the State of Texas required.
- Education
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
