  • ATRN 2211- Emergency Care & First Aid Lab
  • ATRN 2213- Emergency Care & First Aid
  • BIOL 1134- Anatomy & Physiology I

Athletic Training Student Application Submitted March 1, 2017
Proof of Immunizations July 31, 2017
100 documented hours of athletic training observation July 31, 2017
Preceptor Evaluation of Athletic Training Student March 1, 2017
Proof of CPR/AED/First Aid July 31, 2017
3 letters of recommendation March 1, 2017

 

Other requirements:

Athletic training transfer students MUST also complete an on-campus interview.

Other paperwork (modules, proficiencies, etc) will be completed once you arrive on campus.

Due to the competitiveness of the program, not all applicants meeting the criteria will be selected for admission into the AT Program. All transfer students will meet all of the admission criteria set forth under Requirements for Admission into the Professional Program.
