Interlibrary Loan (ILL) provides a means for patrons to request materials not currently available at Moffett Library. This service is accessible to all Midwestern State University students, faculty, and staff at no cost.
Who can use Interlibrary Loan?
This service is available for currently registered MSU students and current faculty and staff.
If you are not affiliated with MSU, please use your local public library for interlibrary loan requests.

ILL Pick Up Policy
Scanned articles will be provided in PDF format for pick up via users' library account. Notification of the item's availability and instructions for viewing will be sent to the email address on file.
Books, microforms, and audio/visual materials can be picked up at the Circulation Desk in Moffett Library. A valid ID card must be presented to pick up materials. Users will be notified by email when an item is available or if there are any issues with fulfilling a request.
Note for Faculty: If you would like someone else to pick up your ILL items on your behalf, please notify the Interlibrary Loan Department at ill@msutexas.edu or 940-397-4757. Authorized users can be added to your ILLiad account. A valid ID will be required to pick items up.
