Q: What is your favorite thing(s) about MSU?
A: I love the calm, quiet atmosphere that MSU provides to it’s students.
Q: Favorite place to hang out in Wichita Falls?
A: I love to get a fresh cup of coffee at Collective Coffee just off of Midwestern Parkway and Taft.
Q: What was the greatest lesson that you learned in college?
A: Having good time management skills is the fastest way to succeed in life.
Q: What was your favorite class in college? Why?
A: My favorite class in college was my advanced conducting class towards the tail end of my degree plan. Not only was it a culmination of all of the things I had learned throughout my time in the Music Department of Fain but it also forced me to reconcile my strengths and weaknesses when it came to my musical knowledge.
Q: What are you passionate about?
A: I have a deep love and appreciation for music but I also spend a majority of my free time hiking and backpacking or playing video games or tabletop games (Dungeons and Dragons being a personal favorite).
Q: Who has had the greatest influence on your life?
A: I would say there are two people that have had major impacts on my life. The first being my high school band director, who never pushed me into majoring in music but did aide and encourage me every step of the way. The second is my brother, who despite our childhood relationship, has been my biggest supporter throughout my adult life.
