If you live outside the United States:

F1-visa students will need to provide financial information to MSU Texas. An email will be sent to the student after the IELI application for enrollment has been processed.

Once we receive your paperwork, if accepted, the Office of International Students will send you an information packet including an I-20. You will then make an appointment with the U.S. Embassy to request a visa.  You should be aware that this process could take up to 2 – 3 months to complete.
