Korie has been teaching group fitness classes for years. She is certified in Group fitness and Step.

Debby has an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Primary Group Exercise Certification. She is also certified in LeMond Group Cycling. Previous Certifications: Zumba, Hip Hop. Debby has been teaching aerobics for 20 years. Over the years, she has taught Step, Cardio Sculpt, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Power Pump, and Spin. She enjoys spinning because of her ability to create her music playlist. She tries to incorporate energizing yet fun music, pushing each rider to their potential.
- Yoga
Tina Haapala is a certified yoga instructor (200RYT) who teaches classes that are gentle, structured, and fun, and she wants people to know they don’t have to be perfect. “Just do your best in whatever you’re doing. Find your stillness.”
In addition to flow yoga classes (vinyasa and hatha), Tina loves to guide people through restorative and yin yoga, as well as various meditations. When not teaching at a studio, you can find her guiding an online class, developing a yoga workshop, or scheduling travel for her clients to find their zen. “It’s an honor to join others exploring ways of wellness,” she says, “I hope you leave a session with me feeling peaceful and powerful.”

Scott Linn enters his 14th season at the helm of the Midwestern State men's and women's tennis programs in 2023-24 after guiding the Mustangs to a combined 21 NCAA Tournament appearances since arriving in Wichita Falls in the fall of 2010.
Scott has been an avid spin participant and supporter of the group fitness classes. Scott is excited to teach the noon spin class!

- I have been teaching group fitness for 30+ years. I am certified in step, yoga, Pilates, and aquatics. I have also presented step workshops in the Dallas area. My love is teaching step. Come join me in an energizing workout that makes you feel alive! My step class is easy to follow, even for beginners.

Angie is the Executive Director of Student Wellness. Fitness has always been a part of her life. She played basketball at MSU and competed in cycling rides, half, full, and ultra-marathons, and triathlons. She is an alum of MSU with her undergraduate and Masters degrees.

I am a Group Certified Fitness Instructor. I have been teaching Spin since August of 2015. My love for fitness has been a wonderful journey teaching different class formats and meeting so many wonderful people along the way!
