Upon receipt of the electronic results of the FAFSA application, the MSU Financial Aid Office (FAO) may require the student/spouse and/or parent(s) to complete additional forms. Some forms may be required if the student has been selected for 'Verification' or the FAO has identified a discrepancy on the application. Please refer to the information previously sent to you requesting specific forms required for your file.
