Graduate Student Reactivation
If a graduate student has not attended MSU for one long semester (fall or spring) and wants to return, they need to submit the Graduate School Reactivation Form. This applies to graduate students who have not graduated and who want to return to the same graduate program. Email complete form to Jose Avitia, Graduate Academic Counselor.
Graduate Student Readmission
If a graduate student has not attended MSU for one year (fall and spring) or more and wants to return, they need to submit a new application to McAda Graduate School and pay the $25 Re-enrolling Graduate Fee. Visit How to Apply to McAda Graduate School for application instructions.
