    1. Via ApplyTexas, submit the online application to McAda Graduate School. General application deadlines are listed at the bottom of this page; however, the deadlines may not apply to all graduate programs. You can contact the Graduate School or refer to the Graduate School Calendar for specific application deadline information.
    2. After you submit your application, keep an eye on your email for your Mustangs ID number and PIN, both of which can be used to check your application status online.
    3. Pay the $50 application fee required of all applicants. If you are a McNair Scholar, you can submit your application fee waiver to the Office of Admissions.
    4. Request official transcripts from all institutions that you have attended (other than MSU). Official transcripts can be emailed by institutions to admissions@msutexas.edu or mailed to Office of Admissions at Midwestern State University, 3410 Taft Boulevard, Wichita Falls, Texas, 76308.
    5. Visit the Graduate Programs page to view any additional application requirements for your intended program.
    6. If your intended program requires you to take the GRE, request that your official test scores be emailed or mailed to the Office of Admissions. Allow at least one month for official test scores to be received by the Office of Admissions.
    7. If applicable, submit the FAFSA form to apply for financial aid. For assistance with the form, you can visit the Financial Aid website. Please note that post-baccalaureate non-degree seeking students and students pursuing a graduate certificate are not eligible to receive financial aid or scholarships.

Once your application file is complete with all required application materials, a review will be emailed to the graduate coordinator of your intended program for consideration. The Dean of the Graduate School reviews all admission decisions and emails a formal notification to each applicant.
