The mission of the Gordon T. & Ellen West College of Education (WCOE), a community of learners, is to prepare successful, reflective professionals through the use of best practice. The WCOE Educator Preparation Program serves to develop candidates for the professions of teacher, school counselor, educational diagnostician, principal as instructional leader and superintendent.
