Extended Education
Our mission is to facilitate the public service mission of Midwestern State University through extension of Center resources to audiences other than students enrolled for resident credit. The Center for Continuing Education offers quality, diverse learning experiences for members of the community who wish to access the resources of the university in nontraditional ways. We offer a variety of enrichment courses, online development for health care professionals and Continuing Education Units (CEU’s).

Small Business Development Center
The Wichita Falls Small Business Development Center is located on the campus of Midwestern State University. The SBDC provides business counseling, technical assistance, training workshops, and business plan development for small businesses in our 12 county area. We strive to promote growth, expansion, innovation, increased productivity and improved management for small business.

The Purchasing Department office operates as a centralized purchasing and warehouse program for the university.
Testing Services
Testing services offers a wide variety of testing services to students of Midwestern State University as well as to citizens of Wichita Falls and surrounding communities.
University Police
The mission of the Midwestern State University Police department is to support the mission of the University by providing a safe academic environment for persons and property of Midwestern State University.
Vinson Health Center
The Vinson Health Center is the student health center for Midwestern State University. Ambulatory care services are provided for the exclusive benefit of MSU students. Medical services are designed to meet the needs of students with acute illnesses and/or injuries. The Health Center utilizes an emphasis on preventative medicine to enable students to focus on the university curriculum and campus life.
