The Resident Assistant (RA) is an integral position in the Residence Life program.  The RA is responsible for the successful provision of community development initiatives and services that contribute to student academic, personal and professional success.  The RA encourages student involvement and leadership in an assigned floor/house community in support of the university's academic mission.  The Residence Life and Housing Department encourage all qualified residents to apply.  The invitation to apply is inclusive and is not limited by ethnicity, age, gender, religious preference, sexual orientation, or physical ability.

How to Apply

New Resident Assistant Application & Selection Process:
  1. Apply for the New RA Position by February 7, 2025 at 5 pm on on Mustangs Link
    • Resume
      • You will need an updated copy of your resume to apply. Your resume should include the following:
        • ONLY include post-high school job experience and involvement
        • Include any community service, on or off-campus clubs or organizations, and any on-campus activities, organizations, or events that you have had an active role in.
        • Include your role or title and a brief list of skills or life experiences that you gained for each submission.
