The Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences at MSU Texas was the first discipline-specific MSRS in the United States and has been offered since 1995. The mission of the program is to prepare students to be leaders in the areas of administration, education, and advanced clinical practice in the radiologic sciences. The program features a discipline-specific, holistic approach to graduate education and is offered in a hybrid distance-learning format. The unique curriculum design permits working professionals, regardless of their location, to complete the degree with minimal on-campus requirements while preserving the benefits of face-to-face contact with other graduate students. Competitive scholarships may be available to qualified applicants, and there is an established mechanism to waive out-of-state tuition fees for students in Academic Common Market states.

Radiologic Administration admits students to start in the fall or spring.
