Dr. Robert C. Forrester
Combine a sense of humor, financial knowledge and a genuine concern for the welfare of his students, and you have Dr. Robert Forrester. If he looks familiar, it may be because he always gets volunteered to be in the university’s commercials and brochures!
For 30 years, Robert Forrester led a career as a successful businessman in the Henrietta/Wichita Falls, TX area. He knew he had a passion for finance and returned to MSU to complete his MBA and then completed a Doctorate of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
He teaches corporate finance in classes such as Business Finance, Financial Management, Advanced Issues in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Principles of Real Estate, Energy Industry Finance, and International Issues in Business.
Dr. Forrester is charismatic leader, a talented speaker, and skillful investor. His financial background allows him to share knowledge about what a career in finance is really like, while teaching the academic formulas, theories and concepts needed to be successful in the dynamic field.
He also loves to visit London and spends a lot of time on real estate projects.

In his free time, you can find him boating, fishing, cruising in his Corvette and visiting with his grandchildren.
