- Study rooms must be reserved using the reservation system prior to use and can be reserved 7 days in advance.
- One room can be reserved by 30-minute blocks with a maximum of 8 blocks (4 hours) per person, per day allowed. Only one room at a time may be checked out per patron.
- Renewals are allowed (except during final exams). Please bring the room key to the circulation desk before the end of your 4-hour block to renew for more time.
- When a room is reserved, users will receive an email to confirm the booking (sent to the email entered on the form). Reservations that are not confirmed within 3 hours will be canceled.

- You may cancel your booking at any time up to the start time of the reservation. Follow the link in your booking's confirmation email to cancel.
Note: To maintain fairness for all patrons, please vacate the study room and return the key promptly at the end of your 4-hour reservation. Refusal to do so may result in the loss of study room privileges.

- The windows and doors in the study rooms may not be locked, blocked, or covered.
- Study room doors must be locked at the end of each reservation.
