The Reference Department is located on the first floor of the library. The major collections housed here include the Reference books, Abstracts, Indexes, Atlases, and the major microform collections. The department is the major information center for the library and provides general reference assistance as well as instructions on using Voyager and the various online systems that Moffett Library uses.
The Reference Department provides general introductory tours, specialized tours and individualized instruction dependent upon the needs of the instructor or student. Although most tours are given in the library, tours in other buildings can be arranged.
