Apply Texas Applicants
There is a $40.00 application fee for new incoming freshmen or transfer students that apply for Spring 2025, Summer I 2025, or Summer II 2025. *Starting with Fall 2025, the application fee will increase to a $50.00 application fee for new incoming freshmen or transfer students. There is a $10.00 reactivation fee for returning students.
Mustang Advantage Applicants
First-time Freshman you will be prompted upon submission to pay your application fee of $50.
Midwestern State University has a non-refundable, non-transferable application fee of $40.00 for new US undergraduate students and a $10.00 re-enrolling fee for all returning MSU students to reactivate their admission status. Applications will not be processed until the application fee has been received. Application fees that were not paid at the time of submission of your application can be paid using:
Application fee waivers are only available to beginning freshmen applicants who have also received an entrance exam fee waiver from ACT or the College Board. MSU Admissions will accept late applications online 7 days after the printed deadline.
