Majors and minors in foreign language may apply for scholarships from the College of Liberal Arts such as the Perkins-Prothro scholarship. This applies to study abroad programs as well, particularly the Spanish Department's exchange program with ITSEM.
There is a specific scholarship designated for a French minor who is beginning the four advanced courses of his/her minor. This scholarship from the Prothro Foundation is a one time two thousand dollar scholarship.
