In addition to numerous scholarships and loan programs offered through the university's Student Financial Aid Office, the Criminal Justice Department administers several special scholarship programs including the Wichita Falls Police Officer's Association Scholarship and the Redwine Foundation Scholarships. The Redwine Foundation provides a large number of scholarships each semester.
