The Teaching and Learning Resource Collaborative provides professional pedagogical development opportunities for all faculty and staff at Midwestern State University. The TLRC committee members plan and facilitate events that focus on topics recommended by the campus community. Through the collaboration of all of us, we seek to develop more effective teaching skills and help our students achieve academic success.

We are still accepting proposals for 2026-27 interactive, collaborative workshops on innovative teaching methods. Reach out to any of the TLRC committee members if you have questions.
These workshops are designed to provide a space for pedagogical experiments in progress, so please do not feel you're expected to present a grand, final truth! We want faculty to share what they're trying out, especially if it seems to be helping your students learn in new ways.
