Speakers & Issues, in coordination with the Mosaic Multicultural Center and the MSU Texas Black Student Union, is proud to host the poet and writer DeMisty Bellinger.
Dr. Bellinger is an associate professor of English and creative writing at Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She is an alum of Bread Loaf and Marge Piercy’s Intensive Writing Workshop, and she is the author of the poetry chapbook Rubbing Elbows, the poetry collection Peculiar Heritage, and the forthcoming novel, New to Liberty.
This event is part of MSUTexas’ Centennial Celebration and is free and open to the public.
