Biohazard Waste and Sharps disposal pickup
Follow you department's procedures for handling biohazardous waste. Contents must be sealed in the red bag and placed into the plastic CMC container (sealed sharps containers are also placed in the CMC container. Submit a Work Order requesting pickup of your contaminated material container (CMC) and include:
- Exact location of CMC
- Quantity of CMCs
- POC at pickup location
Custodial staff will pickup the CMC and replace with a new bag and empty CMC. If you have any questions please contact the Safety Manager at 940-397-4032.
