Hourly employees must submit their time via Banner Self Serve. Please reference the for entry deadlines. Hours can only be entered for a current pay period via the web. If the pay period deadline has passed, it is considered Retro pay and a manual "Semi-Monthly Timesheet" will be required and must contain the appropriate signatures. Example: John worked January 5ththru January 15th. His PTF was not received in the Payroll Office and until January 17th, therefore John was not able to access Self-Service. John must turn in a paper timesheet for the pay period Jan 1 thru Jan 15th. On January 17th John now may access Self-Service and enter time for Jan 16-30. Any hours submitted after the current processing deadline will be paid in the following pay period. If the hours submitted are for College Work Study, the Financial Aid department must approve the time sheet before submitting it to the Payroll Office.
