The conference will take place in the Dillard College of Business Administration (building 17 on campus map) on the Midwestern State University campus. Please use parking lots 2, 3, 10 or 15 for free conference parking. Lunch will be served in the Mesquite Dinning Hall located in the Clark student center (building number 14 on the Campus map) a short walk from Dillard.

Delegation Fees
1. Standard Plenary Session Delegation $35/person (3 Students)
2. Security Council Delegation $50 (5 Students)
Note: All registrations include lunch at the Mesquite Dinning Hall (Clark Student Center MSU Texas)
Each school is allowed to bring as many delegations as they would like.
General Registration Deadline: 5 p.m. Friday, October 20th, 2023.
Conference Awards
The conference will recognize individual delegates, and delegations. The top delegates or delegations will receive recognition in the form of Outstanding, Distinguished, and Honorable Awards. All awards will be determined by the MSU MUN team members. The criteria for these awards will be as follows:
- How effectively the delegate/delegation represented their country’s interests throughout the conference.
- The ability of the delegate/delegation to work with other countries both on the floor and during caucusing proceedings.
- The effectiveness of working towards consensus with other delegates/delegations
