Keith Lamb, Ph.D.

Keith Lamb, Ph.D. has served Midwestern State University in a variety of roles for more than 23 years including Director of Housing and Residence Life, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, Vice President for Enrollment Management, and Vice President for Student Affairs. Dr. Lamb has significant experience leading special initiatives that span the institution and include multiple stakeholders, including leading a team to plan, develop, and open the Flower Mound Student Learning Center and co-chairing the university’s response to COVID-19.

Professionally, Dr. Lamb currently serves as the chair of the Texas Council of Chief Student Affairs Officers, is a past chair of the Texas Association of College and University Student Personnel Administrators Foundation, has served as a mentor with NASPA, Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, and is a graduate of the Governor’s Executive Development Program.  Locally, Keith is a past president and serves on the board of the Optimist Club of Wichita Falls, serves on the Corporate Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Wichita Falls, and is a graduate of Leadership Wichita Falls.

A native of Vernon, Texas, Dr. Lamb received the BBA and MBA from Texas Tech University, and the Ph.D. from the University of North Texas.
