Student Organizations

Finding a community where you can celebrate culture, traditions and identity is key when attending college. Below are a list of active culturally-based student organizations that encourage self-exploration, community, and celebrating identity. Feel free to check out their MustangsLink page!

Culturally-Based Fraternal Organizations (CBFOs) are social fraternities and sororities with a strong focus on cultural identity and hands-on community service. The benefits to joining a CBFO include, but are not limited to, developing an extended family, creating an academic support system, and being part of a larger cause. These fraternal organizations are members of the Cultural Greek Council (CGC) at MSU. Here are the CBFOs available at MSU:
