The MSU Post Office is an official postal contract station located in the South end of the Clark Student Center. It provides most services that are available from the US Postal Service. Some exceptions are the selling of international money orders, hunting stamps, receipt of C.O.D. parcels, and Selective Service registration. We gladly accept credit cards, cash, and checks, with proper identification. Only cash is accepted for money orders. All International packages require a customs form attached to the package before mailing. The customer will complete the customs form online  Bring the printed customs form along with package to the campus post office.

Hours of Operation

Window service hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mail is usually received on campus by 11:00am each day, Monday through Friday. Mail is sorted for campus delivery after all daily shipments arrive.  Student letter mail is delivered to their mailbox before 3:00pm.  Packages for students are collected and signed for at the campus post office window or parcel lockers. Outgoing mail is dispatched to the main post office at 4:00pm ONLY. Mail received after 4:00pm is sent out the next business day. When postal holidays fall on a regular school day, the University Post Office will remain open and in full operation, with the exception of no mail dispatch that day or money orders sold.

Rental of PO Boxes

Mailbox rental is included in housing fees for those students living in university housing. Mail delivery for students is only made to those living in the Sundance Court and Sunwatcher Village residence halls as those students have their own mailboxes. All other students living in University housing, or in campus overflow, will receive their mail at their assigned PO Box located in Legacy Hall. Students residing off campus, faculty and staff desiring to rent a PO Box must make separate payment to the MSU Post Office. Mail received at MSU is only distributed to those persons, departments, and organizations having boxes at the MSU Post Office. All personal mail received for individuals not having a PO Box will be returned to sender.
