Shannon Gonzalez, M.S.

Ms. Shannon Gonzalez obtained her Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences and Master of Science from Texas A&M University.

She is now part of the Dillard College of Business and teaches at the adjunct level at Midwestern State University. She is also part of the Region 9 Education Service Center as an Adult Education & Literacy and English Instructor. Shannon formerly was the Portfolio Manager & Collections Specialist at Herring Bank and has over 15 years of Financial Asset Management experience.

Fun facts: Shannon says she is a full-time wife, mother, daughter, housekeeper, educator and still finds time to tend to 20 chickens, three cats, two dogs, one rooster, and a partridge in a pear tree, and loves every minute of it. She is inspired daily by her husband and son. In her free time, Shannon likes to travel, walk trails, yoga, garden, & watch movies with her family.

She can speak two languages and is currently on Hebrew. She is a native of the North Texas Area, born and raised in Vernon, Texas.
