Dr. Shih Yung Chou
After receiving a BBA in Accounting, Shih Yung Chou received his Ph.D. in Management and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He teaches various management-related courses such as Organizational Behavior, Supervisory Skills, and Leadership and Teamwork.
Outside of the academic world, Shih enjoys playing different sports such as basketball, baseball, and badminton. He also enjoys lifting weights.
If he could pass on just one piece of wisdom to his students, it would be to apply higher standards to yourself than to others.
